About the Event
Since we are aware that you are unable to attend our upcoming conference, The Association of Emergency Physicians of Malta is delighted to invite you to the seminar on the Impact of Delivery of Emergency Care on Healthcare providers on Friday 12th of April.
The session will be delivered by Dr Andrea Walreven Thissen, who is an expert in the field of the traumatic stress disorder related to occupational exposure. Dr Walreven is a true pioneer in her field Her expertise has been fundamental to bring change in work places within healthcare in several EU countries and the UK.
The session will be an interactive session that will focus on the effect of a person's psychology when exposed to our working environment as well as on the techniques that can be adopted to decrease the impact of such exposures.
